Immunosuppressants

Cyclophosphamide (Procytox®)	Suppress immune response	Hair loss, decreased appetite, bladder inflammation, bone marrow damage, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, increased cancer risk, increased infection.

Azathioprine (Imuran®)	Suppress immune response	Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite, increased infection, pancreatitis, increased cancer risk, anemia.

Cyclosporine (Neoral®, Sandimmune®)	Impair lymphocytes	Tremor, hypertension, hirsutism, nausea, renal failure, headache, nausea, vomiting, infections.

Mycophenolate mofetil (Cellcept®)	Impair lymphocytes	Pain, abdominal pain, back pain, tremor, headache, hypertension, chest pain, GI hemorrhage, nausea, vomiting, anemia, fever, infections, sepsis, swelling in the legs.
